We want you to love what you wear. Every Haveli Haven product is made just for you — printed on demand with care and creativity. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Made-to-Order Products
All our products are printed on demand, which means they are custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Dislike of design after delivery
Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued.
4. Exchanges
Due to our on-demand model, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please make sure to carefully review the size guide before purchasing.
